white flickers on screen

This happens very rapidly at various times and seems to affect areas such as my map and other parts of the screen. This only happens every now and then so it is very difficult to screencap my computer stats are as follows:
Windows 7 64 Bit
AMD Radeon 7800 series
Intel I5 3450 3.10 GHZ
8GB RAM

I was seeing this problem with the most up to date official driver (12.10). I just installed the 12.11 beta driver and so far I haven't seen it again.

Are all of your video drivers up to date?
