subtle improvement on Shaolin - make ...
I'm sure this has been discussed, but there's no search function, so bear w/ me!
I don't think Shaolin are in need of any ridiculous buffs, but I think a lot of small, subtle changes can make a big difference. I'm still new to Hero Academy, so I'm not all familiar w/ all the intricacies of all teams and whatnot, but here's how I think Shaolin can be greatly improved, just by improving Bamboo:
- make opponent Heros not be able to walk through it, but allow player Heros to still walk through it.
- MAKE IT ACTUALLY BLOCK HEAL/RES LINE OF SIGHT. This I'm not quite sure if it fully does or not, but I just had a Tribe Shaman chain heal/res through my Bamboo. So I assume any healer can heal/res through Bamboo. If this is the case...then...just...*sigh*. If not, then still make it block Shaman chain heal/res... Seems so simple to me.
That is all. =D I know other units are in "need" of some changes, but I think Bamboo buffs can make a huge difference.
Bamboo is fine right now. It's frequently MVP of my shaolin games. Stomp an enemy unit, block a buff tile, defensive wall that my ranged units can plink through. Bamboo is not the problem.
Heals ignore LOS, just FYI. =p
well, I figured that in general, obviously. =D In fact, it isn't even direct heals I mind. It was that chain heal by a Shaman skipping through a Bamboo...argh!
Bamboo is already kind of the only completely awesome and well-designed aspect of the team.

Bamboo blocking movement.. I'm not too sure about that. Nothing blocks movement now, so I'm a bit leery of having a special exception for bamboo.
Mew? =^^=
