Does anyone else wish the priestess debuff lasted an entire round? 1 action doesnt seem to have enough action value to bother using. What if she didnt do damage to an enemy but her debuff lasted an entire round? Or if her spells had 1 less range? I think that would make her a much more...fun...unit to use.
*<ahem> It's what now? A range of three is huge, no argument there, but you get that action back using a CL Priestess when she fully heals a unit in two heals instead of three. Different situations, blah blah blah. Just sayin'.

I think it would be cool if the priestess's debuff stacked up a counter with each hit. So the unit with the debuff has to attack the same number of times to get rid of it.
I think she is well balanced, so there's no need to make her stronger. I like the idea, but it just makes her too strong.

I thought of this exact idea the first time I attacked with a priestess. After playing with them more though, it just seems too potentially game breaking in certain situations. The current priestess seems well balanced, if they are going to make changes to the VM and maybe Wraith, probably should not buff any further units or issues with imbalance may sway in the other direction.
Yeah, half damage on one hit is already pretty good. It means the different between a 4ap kill and a 5ap kill sometimes, which means the difference between a stomp and no stomp. Which is huge. And might cause a unit to be out of position while not getting a stomp. Which is even huger.
Honestly, though, I'd be fine with it even if she never did a debuff at all - range 3 heal/rez is tooooo goooooood. :D

I'm a big fan of the priestess. A full round debuff will be overpowered. However I would like to see her attack range increase to 3 (even though thats not gonna happen!). That would make her debuff a little more useful without overdoing it.

fair point, though council excel at being up close and personal (archer/inferno combo non-withstanding) so why not DE excel at range? Can always drop her damage to 100, that way its less about her attack and more about her heal/debuff utility only.
If its something that needs to be buffed, its the cleric and not the priestess ^^
But you dont notice it so much since CL > DE atm







DE Priestess is probably already better than CL Priestess so I doubt that she will be buffed. Most seem to agree the Void Monk and Wraith should get whatever buffs are necessary to make DEs equal.
