map not loading

I am having a problem with my game.  
in the story mode the map Crunch will not load.  I am able to play all the levels up to this point with no issues.  at the moment i am still able to go back and play other levels in endless as well in story mode.  the issues consists of opening the game, and playing it in in story mode.  when i press play the loading screen apears and then askes to press space.  once the loading is finshed my charector loads but starts to fall and dies.  once responded i am falling again and will continue to loop till you exit.  
any advise on how to fix this?
