hero academy on steam does not start
Yesterday I bought the complete pack on Steam and I have yet to play a minute, I reinstalled the game, I checked the cache, I've started in administrator mode disabled antivirus and firewall, does not work
Only I get the logo of the game, and then hero academy exe stopped working help please

What firewall are you using? (I note that you have it disabled, just curious).

Unfortunately i'm in the same boat here, as I happen to have the same problem. I also bought the complete pack (Gold pack) on Steam and have yet to be able to start it successfully. I currently have Windows Firewall disabled.
I've also sent an email to support@robotentertainment.com with my dxdiag attached. This email was sent 20 hours ago, i've yet to see a reply though =(.

I have taken all the steps listed in support FAQ, and you guys are avoiding my email.
We're not avoiding any emails, I assure you. We're getting around to support emails, social media, and forums as quickly as we can.
Hi,
If you try launching the game, after you get the error can you click Start and in the search box type "Event Viewer" then when that opens under Windows Logs choose "Application" look for the "Application Error" related to Hero Academy which should be at the top.
If you could copy and paste the text from there into here that would be useful.
