dlc polymorth ring bug

there is a problem with the polymorth ring's 2nd skill/action, tranformation into orc.
if any item drop when you are in this form can only be picked up when you are in this form.
that mean you cant change back to human form and pick up the item, if the item was drop during the orc form.
 
if anyone know how to remedy this bug that could help because i like using this weapon alot but untill then ill just hold it off
