i bought the challenge collection, have the apple receipt, as well as the achievement for winning them all.
today instead of the star, i have the lock, and when clicking on it, it says it cost .99 to buy. wtf.
i hope this isn't related to your server problems today, because the challenges should have nothing to do with the servers. they should work offline, on a plane, etc.
let me know what's up.

puchases like this should not be tethered to being online and servers being up.
I'm assuming its because their servers are down and not letting you log in. So the game doesn't realize you have them purchased. The achievements are a dif system so they still show up.
