What up Zeke? Trying to prove the team is balanced by stomping randoms or Robots?
Hehe, not really...I never played him but Drvumad (League co-founder with me and H_ngm_n) feared him like you wouldnt believe -- said he was like 5-15 against him (and Drv was a top 5 type in the League). If Drv was half right, Zekers is what Trip would be if Trip played this game all the time. That they have a guy like Zekers is why Robot manages to do such a good job with its internal beta tests; that they have only one of him is why Robot cant do as well as the community can.
Speaking of which, where is Drv?? Haven't seen many of the old regulars around... =/ I'm guessing GG got eaten by Outwitters. I saw Juicetin in another thread somwhere...

Drv is long gone. He moved, got busy with a new job and forgot the game. GG is around, just not as into it as he used to be.

Hey, I heard my name. I am surprised I was was considered a regular since I wasn't really a prominent member of the community. I still play HA occasionally and normally have an extra spurt of interest when a new team comes out. I like to support Robot for all the hard work and dedication they put into the game, but I don't think the league setting is for me. I really wish for a built in league system, but I can't see it happening. If you guys ever want to play me, feel free to send me an invite. I am pretty rusty and will probably get demolished. ;)
most of us oldtimers play casual these days, the good old days is gone i guess :)
a built in league would be great, as for now when im looking for competitive matches i usually just play tournaments
otherwise i have noticed a significant increase in the skill level of random opponents, i think creating new teams is generating and maintaining a high level of interest in the game

Yeah, I lurk on these forums. And Outwitters is awesome. I need to go download the update and try the new Veggienauts team. There was a time I was super into that game too, but HA has held my interest better. Wish there was more variation in Outwitters, but I know people don't like a luck factor in strategy games.
