Wraith Bug

Since the update on 8/14 the Wraith can no longer spawn on knocked-out units. Is this an intentional change or a bug?

Yes same here, the Lets Be Bad challenge can't be completed because of the wraith bug. Need to fix soon!
I believe it is a bug. I am unable to complete the challenge "Let's be Bad." Will they be able to fix it soon?
