Level: Crunch
Character: Sorceress
Loadout:
Lvl 3 Baracades with less damage
Lvl 0 Archers with fire arrows
Lvl 3 Decoy
Lvl 0 Dwarfs with bleed
Lvl 2 Bladestaff with movement on hit
This is actually a fairly difficult challenge. Took me a few tries to 5-skull it.

The "twist" so to say here is that, while the map is not hard, you cannot get a high score by comboing, instead, your score comes directly from your money score and your combat prowess - are you good enough to not lose any barricades or not use any barrels to save as much money as possible? Can you get manaless / untouchable to get more score?
Now, the map isn't hard, in fact it's pretty easy, but if you want the best money score and want a go at manaless / untouchable, you might have to try multiple times.

If someone else is willing to post the info, I'll keep editing it into the OP, but I've had it with the frequent crashes while alt-tabbing (and, more recently, starting the game). Not gonna bother playing any more, it's more hassle than it's worth.
Change it to windowed borderless. Will solve that problem instantly.

K. I'll try it on the first; I uninstalled the game, and I'm past bandwidth cap for the month already.
Is it just an option in the in-game menu, or am I going to have to mess around with launcher options through Steam?
It's an option in the game. Full Screen -> Windowed Borderless -> Winowed Mode.
Windowed borderless will let you alt tab and will be full screen anyway.
Looks like the end of weekly challenges. We're back to the very first one, Flip 'em off. It's playable though which is weird. I don't know if they will cycle through all of them again for a second chance...

EDIT: Orcs Must Die Twitter just confirmed the plan is to cycle through all of challenges again as Odragon posted above. That makes me really sad :(
Makes me more sad to think that Tank is AFK will be available again in the future.... still having nightmares over that one and Death Can't Be Bad's Crossbow Orcs. I have to stop being so charitable to all those homeless bolts.
I guess technically there might be better scores this time around as pretty certain Manaless didn't exist the first time around, but yeah it is a bit of a shame to not see more challenges as reaistically there's an almost infinite pool of setups that could be run, and frankly some of them were just not that interesting from any standpoint, this one probably included.
Well, can always do unofficial community challenges here for all of the ideas that never made it.
In a way it is a shame that, after a majority of pretty unimaginative weekly challenges, they've stopped making them even though there is so much potential left. If they've stopped the weekly challenges, that implies that they've wrapped up on OMD2 now completely, so I'd be surprised if we get any more DLC now. I think Robot is done with OMD2 other than some periodic leaderboard cleaning.
But I am actually quite happy about this, because it means that Robot must be focussing their efforts on other things. And that can only mean one thing: a new game. Hopefully in the coming months we'll be getting a new game announcement. I look forward to it.

They could at least put a closure on it in a more official way, rather than not giving any info about anything and just loop the challenges all of a sudden.
And they could at least attempt to fix the glaring bugs. (I guess they consider every damn bug in this game a feature to "keep you on your toes", like how they don't want to fix random barricade bashing by orcs).
Not too fussed about an end to new weekly challenges, I must admit. I am curious as to why they don't just make them all available at once, though.
Shouldn't it be super easy to make new challenges? From a Developer's POV? I figured they could have the community submit the weapons build out and map, and even if they didn't tweak the bad guys, except for maybe getting rid of flyers, boom, you have a new weekly challenge. Takes like 5 minutes to roll out.
Too bad it´ll end. Was becoming a bit of a ritual. Going out to do the weekly shopping, comming home and open the weekends first beer and have a look at the weekly :)
I guess i´ll be doing a few more, coop escpecially, since me an my brother Mangwold didn´t know about the skullscore points until much later. Should have read the patchnotes a bit more carefully :)
It´s a pity really, it was rather fun to compete for the top ten scores slots.
Also, i agree with the other posters, it should not be that much of trouble comming up with a few more challanges really. I mean, the community has done alot of the work sofar anyway.
Oh well, all good things must come to an end i guess. On the bright side it´ll free up time to play other games from my back-catalog i suppose :)
I've only been playing for a week, so I'm still n00bin' it up, but htf do you get those crazy high scores on flip em off?
I haven't played co-op yet, but single player combos would be pretty tough after x4 or 5, I'd think.

I must be misunderstanding something.
A lot of scores are "hacked". Most often by people using a gold trainer. Weekly challenges and first story mode levels are the most plagued.
So yeah, here, all those 10M scores are BS.
Womp Rat, at 155K, is legit.
The two above, at 170ish K, are stretching it, but might be.
Anything above, starting with the 316K score, is definitely cheater's land.
The leaderboards are usually cleaned by Robot every tuesday.
If you flip a guy from one spring trap to another youget one combo pt or can you get 2?

Check Rogotin's combo bible (pinned at the top of the topic list). It's written there, bold and capitalized. ;)
Untouchable, manaless will give you each 50k. If you're feeling brave you can also try trapless (easier in coop) for an extra 50k. Those apply to each player in coop so the scores double up.

While I am sad to see the challenges come to an end it will be nice to play some I didn't get the chance to earlier.
This is an incredibly frustrating weekly map. I'm always up for a challenge, but this one is just terrible -- For the first time I'm going to skip the weekly challenge altogether.
