Very important step to address shaol ...
Hello,
I play alot of shaolin-
I lose a lot - but I am now getting the hang of it? maybe..
one of the important ideas is that you are able to leave a unit in range of the opponent at the end of your turn. WHY you ask? because of the combos duh! However this puts you at HUGE risk for losing units very quickly x_x .
So what do the shaolin have to avoid success destruction!? THE BAMBOO! oh yes use this to avoid getting annhilated while you position your units!
However. Since the Shaolins release bamboo has had an interesting life on your tiles. at first them may show up in your first draw leaving them...useless. and now they can't show up till the end. Which i believe is the worst unintentional nerf to shaolin yet.
THE BAMBOO IS ESSENTIAL!
I know robot is gathering data on Shaolin right now, BUT I THINK THAT the data is irrevelant UNLESS the bamboo can be utilized correctly.
Now Im not saying the SHAOLIN DONT need a buff. They do, BUT it is important to understand that bamboo is essential to utilizing their game play (moving into combo postion without losing a unit). and right now bamboo is not helping anyone so it's hard to pass judgement the team.
So please robot, get the bamboo back on track and then figure out the balance! because, well you know, we need it to survive. And we may not be that bad.
Well, even before this bug was introduced, and the far less impactful 'bamboo counts as a unit' issue was the only bug, the Shaolin were still very clearly underpowered, so changes should still definitely be made, even though this massive bug would have skewed the results. But it is very true that it shouldn't go overboard and a lot of their weakness lies in the bamboo bug.

Agreed. Any current play testing data is meaningless with the bamboo always showing up last. Please fix it. Shaolin isn't my favorite team, but I refuse to play them at all with this crippling bug.
