Username/nickname change

Hi, how do I change my username/nickname for my account? I've already emailed support@robotentertainment.com twice and it's been over a week. Still haven't heard anything back from anyone. Is anyone else having problems getting their requests completed? And is there any other way to change your username?

Hey -
I've already submitted your support ticket over to the server team when you sent in your new username choices a couple days ago. They usually make a pass about once a week, and they'll get to it on their next pass.
