Tired of playing noobies
I've been playing this game since council's knights had 1200HP and I'm just so tired of playing noobies. I realize I have zero rep on this forum, however I only lose 1/20 matches or so fighting randoms while sober and only lose 1/5 if my THC levels are higher than they really should be.
I'll play anyone who wants to play me. I play random with all teams enabled except TF2 cuz I only play on my phone.
Also I appologize if I take a little while to play, but I'm a chemical engineering major and sometimes I have to actually do some school work. I almost never take longer than a day to respond and I only don't respond if I have homework/test/quiz the next day or something.

OK I've just started a game with you, I guess I can say I'm an average player after playing it for something like 3 months :-)
Most newbies are on "First turn 5AP" option. Try to change it to 3AP on first move, should be better.
Changing FTAP doesn't change who you get matched with in my experience. All that happened when I tried that was I would start with 3 my opponents would start with 5. Further, no matter what you set FTAP to at the moment you start with 5

In some way I really understand your point, but then you can't expect to play something else than new people. As long they have no rank implemented in the game, it will keep randomly, which gives me to think.
the league is nice, but the page controls itself is far beyond from user friendly. Additionally, when you played your first match, lost it .. it burns your motivation down (like me). I also play since the time as you did. I wouldn't call me a noob, but I am not really high skilled too, I guess.
RE says no to rank, because they don't want scare casuals away, but on the same way, people who didn't play ever should play randomly against high pro? Sorry RE, but there is some kind of contradiction in it. Why not adding a rank based on win and lose, but not showing it and calculating the 'random' player based on these ranking or at least most of the time? So both have something out of it.

Do you rematch randoms who beat you?
Making that a rule will eventually give you good matches.
Some of the best people I play were initially random.
