[Suggestion] Double tap to single ta ...
First, I'm thrilled that RE addressed having to hit the ? 1000 times a game to see unit stats. However, the double tap mechanic isn't a terribly good improvement as it's often difficult to get the game to know you want the unit's stats and not the square underneath. If this could be changed to a 'tap and hold' scheme instead I think that would be so much easier.
When struggling to decide which strategy I often try various combinations of moves with using the undo button to reset ( as we all do ).
I would like to see the undo button modified like so;
single taps = undo 1 move at a time
hold = undo all
This is an awesome idea.
I agree with both of these. It's too hard to double tap. If the unit is already selected and you double tap, it doesn't display their info, it just unselects them and then selects them again.
You should tap and hold on any particular square or unit or item to get the pop up with its stats. If you tap and hold on a square with both a unit and it's a special square, info on both should pop up.
Also, I hate having to try my 5 moves and then exit out, and then go back in to reload my current game. How about a regular undo button, or functionality like was suggested above?
One other annoyance is the taunting. when i hit that checkmark on the bottom right I want to be done, not have to check again. maybe there is a better way to taunt where i don't have to see another menu.
Any plan to add a couple new playing fields and a way to choose them for your match in the future? All the micro transations everywhere are crazy - colors, avatars, taunts, etc, but to be honest a pack of new playing fields would have been more interesting and valuable than all those avatars...

You're aware that you can just tap the blue pie chart at any point and it resets your action points for that turn, right? Or are you referring to something else?

I actually like this mechanic, because there have been several times when I hit the checkmark only to see something I had noticed before on the board. Fortunately, I'm able to hit "cancel" and redo my turn. I'd much prefer to have that option than to just have one fewer click per turn.

Oh, awesome! I didn't know about that. It's probably in the help somewhere.
I think the 'tap and hold' schemes for both unit info and the undo button are great.
I would also like to see a button to replay my opponents moves. I don't know if others also do this but I find I often exit and reload my game to see what moves were made.

Well, it's not a dedicated top-level button, but you can tap on the gear icon and tap "Replay" to see the last move (of either you or your opponent).

Thanks. I didn't notice that.
I think the tap and hold function could also be a way to introduce mechanics that self-target. As it stands, no unit can select itself as a target. If tap and hold we're introduced, we could have much more design space when creating teams.

Also a gamecenter button seems to be missing, the game needs one to check what that achievement was that just popped up and dissapeared too quickly.
