Steam Purchase Problem
So I already own a copy of this game on my iPad2, but my little sister bought the game again on my iMac because she thought she'd be able to play with the TF2 team. Unfortunately, the game doesn't run on OSX, and so she was dismayed that she spent 5 bucks (of my money, btw) on a game that she couldn't play, and I already owned. Is there a way we can get a refund, or barring that, is there a way to transfer the TF2 team to my current account so we didn't waste the money completely?
*sigh* silly kids and their internets. That's the last time i keep my account and paypal password the same.
how does one go about logging a hero academy account from steam?
One must find a PC to use that can load up hero academy. I hope you didn't think it was possible to log in somewhere on steam website. Sorry if i made it seem that way.
I purchased the steam game, like many others, just to unlock TF2 on my iPhone/iPad... I've logged off both (at the same time) and logged back on, but how would it know just by entering my email address that I've purchased steam version?
I'm not showing the TF2 team on my iPad and I can't even play them on my PC cause my old computer has a screen resolution that's too low (not that I really care just want to be able to play them on my iPad).
Any help appreciated.....
After reading more posts I think I realized my dilemma... When I open steam then hero academy it says "minimum resolution 1280x900" so all I get is a white screen and don't get a chance to login to HA on Steam with my current account info.... Is there a workaround here or did I just pay $5 for nothing?
As of right now, you can't really do much. All you need is a friend with a PC with the proper resolution and log in your steam then download hero academy and then after hero academy loads, log into your account and you should now have TF2. After you do all of that, log out of the hero academy app and then log back in and yoi should have TF2.
There's another thread about this somewhere. Send an e-mail to Robot's support team and they should be able to assist you.
Hi, sorry my problem doesnt really feet with this one but I dont want to start another thread just for that : in my steam version, I dont find how retry only one action ? On IOS, if I just tap once, I erase last action, If I stay longer, every 5 action.
Ok, but on steam whaterver I do (right click, click with ctrl, etc) it does always retry my 5 ap... why ?

No refunds, It says PC only but if you log any hero academy account from steam, you automatically get TF2 and the avatars.
