Shaolin [buff/idea] MIND CONTROL
Instead of combo potions how about we trade that for some sort of mind control token/spell , where we could rez any knocked out member of the opposite team to our side. Admittily it'd be another stomp tool but at least this will give the shaolin team more possiblities of converting the opposing team's units for actual use, without the hassle of of manuvering the Shadow into position, thus giving us more ap points to get the unit to safety. This would really help (imo) , in facing against a competent tf2 team, because even if you do manage to shield yourself away from the jarate sniper , there team bonus just stops the super unit from being useful.

Oooooh, i like that. Most of the time when you possess a unit, its your last ap and its just to prevent the other team from rezzing it, and you dont get to keep it. But by saving an extra ap with this idea, you could at least heal or move the unit once to give it a fighting cance to survive
I think the shadow will get that extra AP if the monk moves three, windblade does more damage, combo potion costs zero AP to use, or by increasing combo bonus to 250. The shadow and poisoners are the only strong units right now and making them even stronger wont help you win when on turn 1 you get 2 monks and a windblade.
I don't know, giving the shaolin zero ap costing consumable's doensn't fit there team philosophy. That's more of a tf2 type item, the buff Im suggesting , is for converting enemy units sucssecfully for possible use. My objective is not for a dramatic overhaul buff Im just trying to make this team more ,suscesful in conversions.

Yes and also the Dragon auto-stomps and instead of equipment they get nine more Dragons.

In fact replace every unit with dragons , but leave the shadow,poisoner and taoist.

I think you're anticipating a future team release:
The Komodo Dragons
Special Team Trait: Durability
- Very high HP units with average attack damage, but very low mobility
- Can consume weakened enemy units (>50%) for slow digestion Heal bonus over multi-turns, matching the consumed unit's diminishing HPs (think of Warcraft 3's Kodo beasts)
- If a dragon is KO'd, then stomped, any consumed unit is released on the stomp spot, if not already fully digested (also borrowed from Kodo beasts)
- Crystal attack bonuses gained from dislocatable jaw ability
- One unit has Venomous spit (acts similar to Shaolin's Poisoner, w/o her range)
- Super Unit ability is Thunder Stomp that stuns surrounding units: Stomp-rush a KO'd unit (friend or foe) like a TR Chieftan, and all 8 surrounding enemy units are "stunned" w/o trauma, but cannot move on opponent's next round (they are immobile, but you can equip or pot them, but must 'tap-attack' to awaken)
- No armor/healm equip (because by nature is armoured & magic resistant) but runemetal enhances teeth and claws

Has "Crab" consumables like Tribe's meat - part health, part attack bonus







I like the idea of easier mind controlling units, but I think the trade off of losing the potion wouldn't be enough of a buff.
