Shaolin Bamboo seems only given last

After few matches using shaolin, I see that I can only get the bamboos into playing deck when no more reinforcement left in the inventory. Is this because the workaround in the latest update to not count the bamboo as units in opening deck?
Any shaolin player else encounter this problem?

Yup, this is a known bug. Quite annoying.

I would go so far as to now fall it the Infamous Bamboo Bug.
