Servers Back Up But Some Games Are Gone
I'm a tad worried that if they have to do another restore, they might wipe progress on any moves made since the servers return.
I hate to say this, but since this was a scheduled outage with plenty of time to do backups more recent than last week, this a sort of an amateurish mistake from an IT point of view.
They had enough history with server outages and corrupted games to be forewarned about these types possibilities. You can't predict everything, I know, but this was definately within the realm of possible, and there should've been contingency planning.

Robot is still claiming on Twitter that no data was actually lost... Let's see if they can work some magic here.
There's a sticky note in the Support forum that says the same thing. Cross your fingers...

I just did. Wasnt able to earlier though, had a "cant be placed in que" error message which was a new issue for me.

I had the same error for about an hour.
Now I'm getting "Failed to submit turn" whenever I try to submit a turn.
ugh progress I was finally able to start a new game with shaolin only to get dwarves as my ooponents and to add insult to injury it also fails when trying to submit the turn

Maybe this is what's causing the server hiccups.
I was about to win 20-some leauge games as Shaolin which wouldv'e corrected the apparent imbalance. But alas.... all is lost now.
My poor, poor Shaolin. So close to being redeemed.

on twitter they suggested to force the game to shutdown and restart it worked for me to submit the turn
Tried that still missing about 10 games... I only kept one or so game from all the ones that were going... I too was winning many Shaolin games, many vs league players (but not official as I won't risk losses with them in the league until they get a buff). I also had two official league games in play, of which I was clearly winning in at least one of them, if not both... Sigh...
any word if the games will come back?

All my games are back as of 20 minutes ago !!!
Woot! The only issue still left for me is that games won't delete. I click delete, but the game just shows up at the top of the Completed list. Is this happening for anyone else?

It seems that in the games that came back, but not in the games that had already come back, chosen colors and avatars are not appearing. Both opponent and I are default colors and avatars.
Not a big deal obviously.
I have a bunch of missing games, but some were new and some were old.
