SUGGESTION: Refund Skulls on a SINGL ...
This has probably been suggested before, but can we have the option to Reset (Refund Skulls) on a SINGLE Trap / Weapon / whatever please?
Each map I like to change my traps around based on what I feel like, or what I think will be best for that level. Most of the time I have to mess about refunding ALL my skulls and then re-plonking the majority back in to my weapons and trinkets that I carry through most of the levels, all just to switch a trap or two.
I envision this as a simple icon or button to click when viewing a trap, that (with a confirmation) will refund the skulls and reset that ONE trap. This would save SO much time. Please add this in a future patch!
Yeah exactly, and the most irritating thing is that the more you play, the more DLC released and the further you progress (more skulls aquired) the more time wasted each reset. Insanity!
That, coupled with that there doesn't seem to be any clear indication of which traps are fully upgraded or not (without clicking on them and looking at the level # and gold border) and it takes bloody ages to remember what I've put back in what. :(
Devs, please implement! This is the single most annoying thing for me at the mo. I love to strategise and reconfigure my loadout based on the level, and even try new / underused traps, but having to reset EVERYTHING to do so really puts me off.
The level # is a lie, well it can be. The gold border can be seen without looking at the large picture, just go to the square grid page that lists the items you have available (In your spellbook) and the border should be visible around them there letting you see the status of multiple items quickly..
The system definitely needs to be streamlined. I would take it further and have players able to spend skulls during the first set up phase of a map. That way players could look around their surroundings and plan accordingly as right now you have jump into the map, run around, go back tot he campaign menu, then set up your spell book. An awkward process at best.
Also the spell book idoesn't provide enough information. It should give you the cost and placement size. There is a lot of equipment in this game. It's difficult to remember every detail amount every trap, weapon, and trinket. This would help encourage experimentation as well. I put off trying out void walls because from their description I assumed they would be very expensive and only 1x1. Had I known their were only 300 from the menus I would have tried them out a lot earlier.
So yes I would like to be able to refund single items as well as all this other stuff. If it doesn't make into OMD!2 then OMD!3.

Yep, it has been suggested before, and I seem to remember someone from Robot saying they'd look into it. I didn't hear anything after that. I'd love for the option and I hope they implement it. It's such a waste of time to have to redo everything in the spell book whenever you want to make changes.
