Right Team OP vs. Left Team

Killing time while the servers are upgraded, I decided to have a mirror match up of my two hands.
It turns out there's no possibilitliy of a CK, but since I'm right handed, it seems that when the two thumbs are facing off using their Twiddling spells, my right thumb always wins - doesn't matter which side starts.
I like the 5AP balance of 1 AP per finger though.

Does each index finger get 2 scrolled "sneak attacks" to attempt a take-down of the opposing team's (opposable) thumb?
