(PC) Pre-order DLC suddenly missing ...
I had the same issues as everyone here, that I only had the "Lost Adventures" DLC available, no matter what I did to the game cache (verified, reinstalled, etc.).
I found that when I logged on to Steam on another computer that never had OMD installed, I had the correct DLC available (Knight of the order), but not on the computer that I first installed the game on, that still had "Lost Adventures".
So what I did was that I removed the appinfo.vdf and packageinfo.vdf files in the ...\Steam\appcache folder and started Steam again.
That fixed it for me, it now says that I have the correct DLC and I also verified this in game.
Glad this worked for you.. I'm reluctant to start telling people to delete Steam files, though. We'll keep working with Steam to get this sorted out. For what it's worth, it's not just OMD that's having this problem.

Thank you for posting this, worked for me aswell, thanks! :)''
Me too.
I just want to point out to those getting mad at RE that this is indeed a bug. When the game was released the DLC was there and did indeed work, and now a bug is messing things up. The situation sucks, yes, but don't hold a grudge against RE over it. They're doing what they can to fix things, and if OMD isn't the only game having an issue then this likely isn't even RE's fault.

THIS.
Many people got the DLC without any problem, and in the first day a lot of people have it too. Time to flame a little over the software you are using, but let's hope RE get over it and fix everything, cause, ye know, the cake is not a lie.

Did not work for me.
I have the Gamersgate code not working problem, which is probably a separate issue, but since the devs are apparently watching this thread and I'm not sure about the thread I made, figured I should note that this didn't fix my problem here.
Retard - "Hey RE, my Preorder bonus isn't working."
RE - "We know, we're working as hard as we can on it, it's a glitch with Steam and other games are having the same issue, we're a small team that just released our first game yesterday, and we're working around the clock to make sure all bugs are fixed and everything is working properly"
Retard - "Whatever, I'm never preordering anything from you guys again, failures."
Gotta love the internet, huh?

I'd like to hop on the thanks wagon for reich and say that this fixed my problem as well. Thanks reich! Thanks RE for continuing to work with Steam to get it cleared up for others as well!
Deleting those files worked thanks. Hopefully deleting them doesn't effect the other games I have installed.
Will the file size displayed for downloading and the actualy downloaded folder be corrected in a patch? Listed as 4.3 gigs but took roughly 18 mins to download so it can't be right heh.
If you had the demo installed, it piggybacks those files, so you already had over half of it downloaded in that case.
Worked for me!
Carm, it shouldnt affect the files of other games, seeing as you only replaced corrupted files!
Steam basically told us the same thing that is above. If you delete this file - <steamfolder>\appcache\appinfo.vdf - and restart Steam, the missing DLC problem *should* fix itself and your costume should show up properly.
We haven't had a chance to verify it yet, but it should work for you. When we verify it in the office, I'll add it to the Support FAQ officially.
Perhaps I should have added that if anyone is uneasy deleting Steam files, they should start with renaming them instead.
Anyway, I'm glad it was of help to you guys.
Without deleting anything the shield has returned for me and the Knight of the Order costume is there and working. Hooray!
Having pre-ordered the game on Gamersgate, I still don't have it. There is no listed DLC, not even Lost Adventures. I have a "Knight of the Order Pre-order Code" but when entering it in Steam it will say "Product already owned". Perhaps it's another key for the actual game?
Same here, pre-ordered from Gamersgate, they gave me 2 codes to activate, one for the game and the other for the DLC. DLC code does not work, steam says product already own. I also think the DLC code that they gave is actually for the full game.
