This bug exists since OMD1 and didnt get fixed

This is really annoying, especially at ice levels nightmare mode cuz it prevent you from hitting the par time.
Do bots ever plan to fix it?
I'm sure they'll fix it eventually. They don't release a bunch of tiny patches for each fix, they fix a bunch of stuff, then release a patch.
PLLLEEEAAAASSSEEE give us some level creation tools for OMD2!!!!!!! (or at least a way to USE custom levels if we can ever figure it out for ourselves!)
