No Able to Submit Turns on Steam Whe ...

Previously, I dont think I had HA load games normally, but not be able to submit turns. Since the server upgrade, on Steam, every so often, things look normal, can load games but not submit turns - wifi working normally. Can even make a comment in the games that I cant move in.

I have the exact same problem. Playing a game, internet is fine, can't submit turn.
