The Next Hero Academy Team Is?
My vote is Mortal Combat guys!
if they wanna make original why did they do tf2?
That was a one time thing only and valve let them. They said it themselves on thier facebook page.
Didn't someone mention that it was Valve that reached out to Robot about the possibility?
But how does HA not have a robot themed team in the game?!?!

because its nice to have exceptions.
Theme: Ponies
Team Bonus: Dressage.
Ponies can move like knights in chess (but with more range in some unit cases) thus leaping over one or multiple units, and typically in an 'L' pattern.
Units:
- Unicorn (super unit): ranged, shoots reloading horns, special ability to fart toxic rainbow AoE 3x3 around the unicorn.
- Clydesdale (fighter): stomp melee, meat shield highest HP on team.
- Night Mare (caster): braying sonic burst that damages like Void Monk but ranged.
- Mule (shooter): kicks backwards with horse shoes for ranged damage and in the case of adjacent damage pushes one square like a knight.
- Zebra (support): passive adjacent healing aura, ramps up each AP like TF2 Heavy's gun.
Bonuses and Power-Ups:
- Stampede (spell): all Ponies move 2 units in opposite direction of selected column (Like tribe typhoon) and melee damage to enemy units contacted (like Tribe Chieftain).
- Bag of Oats: health restore.
- Sugar Cube: temp power boost.
- Saddle: bonus square travel (perm).

well so far other than tf2 all the teams have been medieval/fantasy themed. I was thinkin that a native american team would make sense to do next. Think about it: council has knights and archers from medieval europe, shaolin is based on ancient asia, but wheres the love for americas roots?

Technically speaking, it's implied in The Tribe. Well let's start with the name of the team and the super-units: Chiefs (self-evident), and consider its shamans (which is a tribal animist, a.k.a. spirit world liason), and then there's the axe-throwers (tomahawks)...
Convinced, yet? Plenty love.
EDIT: It'd be more convincing with the ponies, but we all know our history and that horses were introduced by the Spaniards' exploration/colonization of the so-called New World. Hey! Maybe that would make a good team theme! No, no, no... not the Spaniards, the Ponies!
You know, I might be jumping to conclusions, but I think Writch might like ponies.

I'm thinking that we've had teams from almost every part of the planet, excluding the middle east/sub saharan africa.
So i suggest a middle eastern team! give me time to think of the units

This Saharan team must have jinn units and haboob (sandstorm) spells; Also the map must be on sand dunes.
That sounds really sweet, actually! And would fit the theme, so the anti-TF guys don't get all shirty

That is actually interesting and new. I didn't thought about that. That they could also change the movements possibilites specific to the team/units, but in the case of the pony wouldn't it be some kind of nerf them? I mean only L movements, isnt that quite limiting them?

Not if they auto-kill-stomp any unit that they trample under their hooves.

Most of that was whipped up in a whim, but if I had to pretend i was serious, I would say it's no more limiting than getting used to other dynamics on other traditional units or special abilities like teleport (e.g. tile and ninja). For example getting use to the wraith moving diagnol to stomp, but horiz/vert for consume... the ponie player would just get used to that like the chess player naturally visualizes the knight and color constrains his/her bishops.

Not enough horsepower for that ;) - they're ponies, not TF trains. Although.... pushing out of the way with damage (like the train) as they gallup by might be interesting as well.

My sources tell me the next team will be one of the following:
Turtle Team: You keep expecting them to come out but they never do.
Invisibles: Its almost like they dont actually exist.
The Vow: Said to exist, but little is known due to their vow of silence.
The Profiteers: When moving doesnt seem cost effective, they dissappear for turns at at time.
The Androids: All that is know with certainty is that no one has penetrated the iron curtain of secrecy surrounding the the Android labs and lived to tell about it. Some say invasion is imminent, while others say the lab has been long shuttered.
The Ponies: Some say that Yodo has been asked to retain an army of Chinese elementary school students on unpaid externships to make every possible team that someone, anyone, would pay $1.99 for. Those with more esoteric team requests can only hope...
How about the new maps? Anyone have any ideas on what that will be? Maybe some type of Pony Wonder Land Map?
the next team will continue to cause more balance problems and other various things to the game. So the next team gotta be robot entertainment to fit the theme!
What do y'all think of the team I came up with?
I'd like to see an undead team.
The team bonus: KOed units automatically revive.
Fighter: Zombie
bonus: Hit causes ongoing 50 damge per turn until the target is healed
Shooter: Skeleton
bonus: target is slowed, movement range is reduced to 1
Support: Mummy
bonus: Healing adds damage reduction for next hit
Caster: Ghost
bonus: can posess enemy units for one move/attack.
Super Unit: Vampire
bonus: sparkles in sunlight.
You know, I might be jumping to conclusions, but I think Writch might like ponies.

I think they ruin ideas by combining 2 teams in one... They could've done orcs as one team and native americans another. And the council basically took a group of people that may have nothing together and mashed them together. I for one wished for a (more unique) team with the ninja. Because after all what is the ninja doing with them. And the dwarves engineer could've (should've) been replaced with a different unit. Because one i think the dwarves can have a different unit. (then the paladin doesnt need nerfing.) and 2 the team seems to be somewhat exactly like pirates, the grenadier eye patch. Once again they add a different unit the paladin which also makes no sense to be on the dwarves team and that also takes away ideas. So the dwarves managed to have 3 themes, paladin, pirates, and dwarves. I mean they are making it hard for future teams... I think.

Cool but never gonna happen lol. Robot wants to make their teams original. I think it would fetch a pretty penny to add any characters that are owned by another company.
