Need help with timing

I'm a classical guitarist that practice for about 5-6 hours a day. So I use my index finger quite a lot, and I just can't keep on playing endless mode clicking that mouse begging for carpal tunnel syndrome.
So what I'm asking is at which rate in milliseconds does the stone staff, stone staff and blunderbuss fire? I'm thinking of getting a customization for my mouse so that I can keep holding the button while s/he shoots, because how it is now is just unbearable.
