Mouse moves to the right on its own!

I played Orcs Must Die with no problems at all. I bought the second to play with a friend and my mouse moves to the right of the screen causing a huge problem, I have no control at all, I can not do any thing to play the game when this happens and it seems to be completely random, as in I can play for ages until the mouse decides it wants to move to the right of the screen continuously.

I have the same issue, only my mouse goes to the bottom of the screen. If I try to push it up, it just continues making a line for the bottom. The game is unplayable and I'm curious how to fix it.
