We've identified an issue with the server move that has unfortunately left a small number of users with the appearance that their purchased items are missing from the game. Don't worry. We still have all of the data for all of your purchases. We've identified the root of the problem and are working on a fix for it currently. In the mean time, please do not attempt to repurchase your items - YOU WILL LIKELY BE CHARGED AGAIN IF YOU DO.
We expect to have the problem resolved within 24 hours of this posting.
While we're working on this problem, you can still play all of your existing matches. It is only the creation of new matches that is affected by this bug. If your team purchases appear to be missing and you get one of the below error screens while trying to create a new game with the Council, then you are in the affected group of players:
