Looking for DE opponent as SL
Ok, I'm seriously not convinced that SL has an advantage over DE. Any DE players out there that want to try this out? I'll take SL. Let me know!

Actually, for those of you who are already halfway through our game(s), what are your views so far on the DE v SL match?
- wraith does a lot better as a proper deployed unit rather than a ranged stomp. If you use it as a ranged stomp, SL gets a wraith most of the time. Conversely, SL doesn't have good stomping abilitiy with the bamboo bug (this hurts), so DE can afford to get lots of eats. I'm still on the fence on whether a buff wraith really threatens SL, yes poisoners are good against high HP units, but SL don't have good physical damage. Still, wraith generally will end in range of the opponent if wraith decides to stomp. Also, L3 wraith still needs a scroll to kill stomp +2 shadow from 1 AP away...
- SL should use pots liberally when injured. Why not? If opponent is in range, of course rez pot attack combo and probably stomp. If not, keeping 2 potential combo points on the field is a great deterrent.
- Since SL is so bad at stomping, consider saccing a bare poisoner for high value targets. Move poison poison dragon stomp deals with almost everything, even from a bare poisoner. Again, bamboo bug.
- don't stand in a T. Guys this is DE 101. =p

Im more of a casual player, but ill try my best to give you some helpful data when our match is a little further along.
But what is this about standing in a T? I cant think of a reason to not to. Although, again, i keep it casual lol
T is the optimal positioning for a VM. Basically your target has someone behind him and 2 people on either side. End result: Hella damage.

Yeah I thought you were a chick as well. I assumed nat was short for natalie. And you liked cats. Your avatar in game and out of it is a priestess. Admit it, you want people to think you're a chick. No shame in it. My characters in WoW back when I played that ended up being mostly female.
When I started posting on this forum, my avatar was the snarling DE Impaler with the pink, short hair. And with the name like Writch, I think many a' reader thought I was some sorta Wiccan gamer grrrl.
Which was a deja-vu of my time on Battle.net. One of the handles I used to go by there was CandyCoatedGoth with the description "Sweet on the outside, bitter on the inside."
So alotta assumptions were made there too. It didn't help that this was about the time the Suicide Girls site hit the Net. Now I never confirmed nor denied any gender guessing - even after pervasive A/S/L? requests.
Funny thing about that though - the more I told them to stop flirting cuz they don't know me, the more they convinced themselves I must be a girl.

Yup. The witch, typically, though I do switch-up now and then. But that kinda is kismet - what with my moniker as Writch and I love to play The Tribe. So I see there's a wretched looking witch unit.... *DING* Match made in heaven.
