I just got this message, even if i login with my correct password. Then i changed my password but still get this message? What is the problem ?
Yeah i forgot to mention that i get this error both on steam and ios with my ipod touch 4g and the new ipad.

Having this problem right now.
Today I turned on my Heroes Academy on my IPad. It said I had to login to confirm my login-info. I had to reset my password since it is hard to remember cause I need to write punctuations or other special characters as part of the password... Ohh well the password being to strong is not the problem. When I reset the password (tried this twice), I was able to login on your community page - but inside the game window it says 'login failure, please retry'. Really annoying when I was looking forward to play my games.

Same as Zithral. I reset my password as well but no luck. The info/news (!) button on the login screen also displays "Error" message when I tap on it. It must be a server issue. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Same, trying different passwords and typed in my login/pass 1 letter at a painful time and nothing.
I'm getting the password failed issue on my iphone5 as of today. I tried deleting the app on the phone and re-installing and its still failing. I tested the password here on the site and it worked great.

yup, happened to me today too. resetted password but no luck.
I second this, even after restting password multiple times and typing int he same exact thing, all i get is login failed. (Hero Academy Steam Version)
