Lol I know what you mean! XD I think since you can't scroll or equip any armor to it the enemy cannot use any items either. But man would it be funny to overkill a phantom. XD
Perhaps more importantly, phantoms cannot be scrolled. Believe it or not, this has actually made a difference in one of my matches.
Dang. I know at one time I've wanted to scroll a phantom, but I've never had a situation where scrolling the phantom would benefit me. It's such a small buff to DE I believe it should be implemented since its so rare to scroll one for your benefit. Lol
The phantoms gain HP from soulblasts and count as units for victory purposes so it would only be right to allow buffs to be added. I once had a 250 HP phantom I wanted to gear up for fun as a taunt but the little guy just wasn't brave enough.

I thought - and please correct me if I'm wrong. That before dwarves were releasd and DE & Council were the only teams available that phantoms initially accepted equipment and scrolls but this capability was removed in the first patch to the game. It's been like a year now and I thought I had a game where I scrolled or runemetaled a phantom for giggles and it was allowed. (faulty memory?)
I don't think phantoms have ever been able to be equipped. The only changes they've recieved have been a decrease in HP and a loss of magic resistance.
i have yet to come across a situation where a phantom lived a hit, but can they be healed? and do they heal themselves with leech life?

I believe they were 200 HP with 10% magic resistance.
Lol. Maybe it's a glitch :o I could see that if i had a match in the bag, i'd waste a jarate on a phantom just as a huge taunt >:D
