Ingame menu problem

I have problem with ingame menu.
For example after pressing ESC and clicking on "Level select" the menu is displayed but there is nothing in it.

Any idea how to solve this?

That is weird, can you post your system specs?
Also, have you tried Verifying your Local Files through Steam for Orcs Must Die?
I have tried to Verify Local Game Cache files (if you meant that).
My system specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
4GB RAM
Windows Vista 64 bit
Ati HD 4870 (res. 1680x1050)
If you need more details about system specs let me know.

Your system specs do appear to be fine. Have you tried running the game windowed?
