I Need A Challenge
Anyone got any ideas of something i could attempt that would be somewhat complicated, hard or needs improvement? Im kinda bored and have no challenge.
if your suicidal, try the hive (nightmare) with with only tar and archers and any weapons or trinkets you want, i doubt its even possible solo on warmage but you wanted a challenge :p

edit: OK, I tried it. Kind of failed and went way over the par time.
Do The Edge with nothing but barricades on warmage and get under par.
I believe it's doable - wyatan got 5:02? I think? But I'm yet to break 5 mins.
Infact I just did a 4 skull run with a time of 5:03 (par 5:00) - so if you want a challenge, be the first to five skull The Edge with just barricades.

Oh, I did 5-skull it (got the video). Already had when I made the proposal.
What I haven't achieved yet is to get Untouchable.
well, I did it in 5:21 but a guy snuck through on the 4th wave (frick)
maybe I should bring tougher barricades, but it seems breaking the 5:00 barrier would be mostly luck.
ok, I got a 5:27 perfect, but I had some misfortune that probably cost me ~15 sec
one of my blocks got wrecked with only a couple guys left, so as I put down a replacement block, this one guy stepped under it and apparently got his leg stuck in it.
so, he just kind of sat there as the clock wound and then just had a heart attack, or something, and croaked.

Haha damn it wyatan I just did the same. Just no untouchable. Kinda need the body blocking. Hmmm.
I didn't break 5:00, but I really didn't do all that much blocking -- mostly kiting.
I got untouchable and managed it but I got 5 mins 40 secs. Blegh ahaha. And barricades are definitely the way to do it - there's a very clever trick on this map that isn't very well known.
what does the clever trick help you do?
It re-routes the orcs through the tunnel so they spend maximum time on the rails. You simply block off the road along side the tracks and it will force the orcs to turn into the tunnel (opposed to going around the long way) and attempt to leave into the portal from the train track.
oh yeah, that's all I was doing --- I don't think you could do it, otherwise, with just barricades.
I did the Stairs of Doom Nightmare with the items bellow. I had the idea in my head that it was like a wrestling match and it felt like a big battle with the Pallidans everywhere. The idea is for there to be almost no damage traps. It was a lot of fun, but man did it take forever to pull it off. I 4 skulled it, the only issues being time (obviously). Give it a shot yourself if you're bored. Just note the only reason I took the grinders was to deal with the kobolds.

Sounds so difficult, looks so easy lol. Very fun attempting it though :p
