I just bought the full game for 1200 microsoft points and when i went on it it said i didnt have the full version of the game??

Yeah, we don't run the downloads on XBLA. You can contact microsoft support and they should be able to help you figure out what's going on.
This sounds like a problem with the seller. You should contact Microsoft to resolve the problem. Robot does not deal directly with sales issues, and cannot view your Xbox account details.
