How to Access "Lost Adventures& ...

Hi All,
I got the game on XBLA and have had a blast playing through the main campaign, but I can't seem to figure out how to play the Lost Adventures DLC. It looks like on PC you just click Play and then click a Change Campaign button, but I'm not seeing any such button. Help?
Btw, sorry if this is a repost. I wasn't able to find the forum search button.

The shoulder buttons change the difficulty. None of the buttons seem to change the campaign.

Not sure about the xbox version because I play pc, but when you are in the screen selecting a fortress. Use the left and right directional pads and see if it changes.

You can press X to change campaign
I believe the Shoulder buttons change the campaign on the xbox.
