They agreed to stop deleting my scores a while ago after I posted some videos. Hasn't hapenned to me since, normally I expect my score would have been deleted as well.
And to think.... I'm happy with getting ranks like 76, and 127....

You guys should have the "score deleter guy" browse the forums a bit. He would know right away scores posted from individuals who post pics/vids/strats here regularly are genuine and leave them up. I can speak from experience that a score like Doc's (million +) and many top 3 scores are instances of everything going perfect and not so easy to reproduce. So when one of us has one of these "miraculous" runs and our score gets deleted... it's pretty disheartening. =( You guys know we are legit and we have done alot to help promote this game/community and keep it alive. We would really appreciate it if you were a bit more "mindful" when adjusting the leaderboards.

Yep, this is the way you're gonna get a #1 score and not just a low ranking one. Most of us that reach the top of the board create new systems first. Then we share it to see just how high the scores can go. :)
Now they deleted Hippos score too .. Community Awareness ZERO
I lnked this thread on robots twitter feed. They are pretty active on there, hopefully they say something on this.

I'm the one who polices the leaderboards, and the one who deleted your Leaderboard entries. I am sorry for removing your legitimate scores. I deleted them while cleaning out the leaderboards of the cheaters, which I'm sure you've seen and wasn't paying enough attention and deleted your scores. It certainly was not malicious, and I'm working on a system to prevent it from happening again.
So, again, my sincere apologies. I know you guys spend a lot of time and effort perfecting your strategies to maximize your leaderboard scores, and how disheartening it can be when they disappear for no good reason.
Thanks for being great fans and posting your strats on the forums for everyone to use, we do appreciate it very much and this was just a case of fat fingering it. And as I said, we hope to prevent this from happening again.
If you have any questions about it, please let me know. And if you do see cheaters on the Leaderboards, please let me know through a PM or a post on the boards.

Ah you are just angry we creamed off the 12 x :)
But I couldnt't have done it without you. You'r remark that an offset pattern made more 11x was one of the foundations of said score.
I also have your post im mind that 11x seem to come at the end I hear in my mind every time, I panic when I only cash in 10x early on..
Anyway, my concious incompetence let me only reach 960K up to now.. It's not trivial and needs all pieces in place at the right time.
LOL. It's true. I had to spend my whole vacation out of town and I didn't get one minute of play time in. :) I was just waiting to get back and crack it. I'm going to play a litlle this evening and do some testing. Your 12x video confirmed some stuff I suspected. I actually found a couple different places that it's possible now.

My Tower Nightmare score got deleted so I did it again and got a higher score. O.o
None of my scores have been deleted since about November I'd guess. But that's the only pleasant thing about lagging behind you guys ;) (blame Skyrim).
Finally I must needs come here and look for some new impetus, as my old tactics seem to lead nowhere and my mind is kinda fixed on them.
I hope to once again be able to give you some challenge soon!

Replay said strategy x amount of time until a minor statistical change happens .. get your score deleted .. and so on..
Jhonanks serial 12x was I think it.. The 13x is more of academic interest .
In the end solved puzzles are solved puzzles
Between the 4x2 and the x12 finale I really think thats it. Except for a few levels that I have serious interest in that require STAGE SPECIFIC strategies. Adv Barricades are still my favorite. Aside from that, its a hard time on fast forward trying to get that 'special' sequence.
Well Doc, that's what I was thinking when I turned my back on OMD, with ~6 #1's on nightmare, including the last three maps. But now that I've returned my score in many a map is significantly lower than what you guys made of it. So it was after all possible to raise the bar, and maybe this will be the case once again if someone comes up with fresh thoughts on the matter.
But I don't think it likely as well. Watched your ninehundred-something k The Tower vid and was surprised that not so much is different compared to my builds of old (even though you've doubled my highscore). I had hoped to see some weird builds with traps that I never dared use in earnest, but maybe that's really the end of the line.
So we need a sequel, huh?
PS: I wrote Dunkman a PM in November explaining my case and he stopped deleting my highscores. Dunno if this helps.

Nait, you need to see jhonanks' video on the Reverse Tower then, to see a completely new build.
Rogotin and Doc, perhaps Triple Down could be a challenge for you guys? I have seen videos by Nananea and Fryedegg and they did not include archers, because orcs cannot be reached consistently and thus do not offer any bonuses. Yes, you read it correctly, they did not include archers! I have managed to find a spot which provides consistent 6-7x's on orcs when the box is set up. Once you start doing the map more often, it becomes an evil mistress.
And the kicker: Triple Down contains a room filled with barrels, which should spark some ideas for you guys on WM, undoubtedly :)
Ok, watched the vid. I'm impressed by the score, but what I like most about jhonanks' style is how he makes use of one core element of the game, which is killing orcs (mostly ogres, never mind) in a creative and funny way, flinging them around etc. This is what other setups fit for highscores shamefully lacked.

... Thats funny. After all the discussion and showing how it was done on the board, finally breaking 1 mil and it gets deleted. I hope they put that LEGITIMATE score back up.
