So the dealine for the Second Round has been pushed back but the Deadline of the first round will stay the same.
Also, there is a deadline for invitations for Second Round games (November 11, 2012) - So AWAY teams if you have not been invited by the HOME team by then please let me know by EMAIL or PM ONLY!

The World Division has finished their Group Stage - No tie breakers needed because of Head to Head Matches:
- USA 2 - 10 Points *Qualifies for Round of 16*
- USA 5 - 6 Points *Qualifies for PQ's*
- Russia 1 - 6 Points *Qualifies for PQ's*
- France 1 - 2 Points
USA 5 is ahead of Russia 1 because USA 5 won both games VS Russia 1!

Thats incorrect. The top 3 from each division move on....It shows on the schedule.

- TIE: Germany - 2 Points VS France 2 - 2 Points *Winner of the Tie Breaker Game finished 3rd and Qualifies for PQ's*

Oceanic Division's Round 2 games have been canceled due a late start by the teams in the division. I had decided to do this because the other divisions are starting to finish their second round games. I want this tournament to run smoothly and this will help sync you up with the other divisions.

- TIE: USA 7 - 10 Points VS USA 8 - 10 Points *Winner takes 1st and goes to Round of 16 and Loser takes 2nd and goes to PQ's*

Important Update! - December 1st, 2012
If I do not see any score submitions from the Oceanic Division by the end of the day then they are removed from the tournament! Teams will then be chosen to fill their playoff spots.

The Oceanic Division has been removed from the tournament! The following teams were slotted in as wild cards (for having 1 win or more):
- France 1
- France 2
- USA 1
- Still Awaiting a 4th
Good luck to those teams! You now have a second chance!

Russia4 in Asia has been very slow to move. He's also defaulted on all he's round 1 games. Would you cancel all his games and the ASIA conference will be done for the second round.
