Game restarting my PC
Hey everyone,
I bought OMD during steam holliday special and I enjoy it alot. But i have a problem now. At first i could play normal, with no problems at all. But this morning when i tried booting up the game, it crashed my PC during the robot head/eyes.
I've tried it 3 times, but it crashes my pc everytime during the robothead at startup.
So i've tried checking all the files that can be done in steam. The verify integrety of game files and defrag something. It all says there was nothing wrong. So i tried reinstalling the game, twice. And it still crashes my PC and reboots the whole pc.
I dont get it. It's just this game, other way heavier games run smooth on my system. I went to the site to check if orcs must die would run on my pc and it went all the way to the right (like my pc is too good for this game).

ths X2 means there are 2 GPU on one card. No crossfire. As a matter of fact, steam is now trying to update the game, and i can't even start it up now.
Does this mean steam is *** up or do i have to delete/install the game in another way? Like i said, bevofe it worked perfectly, i was working my way through the last 10 nightmare levels, so it's *** up it stopped working now.
Did you happpen to update some vid card drivers recently? Just a thought. Seems weird that it just stopped.
Usually if the game is restarting your computer, it's due to temperature. Do you have any utilities that show the system, cpu and gpu temps?
By X2 for your video card, do you have it in SLI / Crossfire mode? If so, try disabling that.
