Formated PC, cant download DLCs

I have the GOTY version of Orcs Must Die (with both DLCs) on my steam and recently, had to format my PC.
After that, I re-downloaded the game and the DLCs weren't downloaded.
I can't find a way to re-download the DLCs, as the store page says that I already have them, and only has the button to launch the main game. I tried to verify the integrity on steam, but it didn't find any problem.
