Should this wait till the next patch comes out? Since the dark elves wraith has been nerfed. Then again apple may take forever accepting the patch. >.> lol
This has crossed my mind in the past. I didnt think it would be an issue because i didnt think signups would occur as fast as it has. I know the update has been submitted to apple already, so ill most likely wait until the patch is out. If the patch also balances the Shaolin, i might add them to the tourney.

Well, I signed up too late and had no choice. But tribe is not the same it used to be, I won't be surprised if they go down 0-5 vs TF2. DE matchup remains hard too - those damn imba imps. Although, I will secretly root for the tribe in those matchups regardless =D

and thats prolly the main reason people play tribe anymore, loads of TF2 out there (prolly because they are too strong) and since tribe suck against em, its not fun to play em.

since we're just waiting on a patch, and it seems there is interest for more players. I'll happily play Shaolin in this tourney and open up a Tribe slot, but again the tourney director luigiman has declined including them. If people are saying the tribe are underdogs and are going to go 0-5 might as well throw the undercats under the bus too for 0-5 Shaolin. Just checking to see if he can be pursuaded to change his mind. I'll even take a break from losing with Shaolin vs randoms and play multiple slots on the Shaolin roster if there are no other takers.

Hmmm, now im really on the fence about Shaolin. Part of me wants to keep things the way they are, but the other part of me wants to give you guys what youre asking for. So i'll meet you halfway with a proposal:
Ill put sign ups for Shaolin, however, if Shaolin does not have 5 players in a week (Dec. 14), I will revert the tourney to how it is now. I got the 25 participants i have now in about 4 days, so 7 should be more than enough time. If they have less than 5 sign ups, than it wasnt meant to be.

the upcoming patch is all bug fixes, no balance changes for shaolin yet. Shaolin should be the same it is now for a while
Put me down for Shaolin, as long as I can keep my TF2 slot if we don't get enough other brave souls to join the team with a chance to shock the world.
If the Shaolin quota isnt met, teams will be the same as they were before. I have the teams writen down on a notebook, so dont worry ;)
