Does Heavy's successive attacks (charging / spinning up of minigun) continue to build up over turns? If it does, does it hit a maximum limit?
To be precise, the successive attacks only give their bonus until the point where you stop attacking with the heavy. So, for example, if you do this:
AP 1: Attack
AP2: Attack (+50 bonus)
AP3: Attack (+100 bonus)
AP4: Move
AP5: Attack
You will see that the last attack will not retain the bonus.

That's true, Tabby, but imprecise in regards to his actual question. He wanted to know whether the bonus continues to build through turns, as long as the Heavy continues to fire without other actions being taken.
I know, but his question seemed to imply that he thought that the buff persisted through a turn, which isn't the case if you stop. Once you stop shooting, the buff is gone, so naturally you wouldn't expect the buff to persist through a turn as well.
