Did anyone else get their default av ...

When I bought the Dark Elves team, my default avatar changed to the super elite ninja. I figured this was a glitch since it wasn't added in the package, and I checked to see if I could still switch back to it after switching to the ones included with the dark avatar team, and I couldn't change back. So has this happened to anyone else? Or was it just an odd bug.
