Can't play with user in same house?
I'm not talking lan, over steam with two different steam accounts and two seperate game purcahses.
My fiance and I both love orcs must die so when we saw that orcs must die 2 had co-op it was a no brainer. Unfortunetly though we haven't been able to play together at all. Every time we invite each other to a game it says connecting and ends up just timeing out. Is there something i'm missing or doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated because we'd like to play together. thanks either way it's an awesome game!
I play next to my wife with out a problem on the same router, didn't have to configure anything special. Maybe firewall, need to update system, router doesn't support gaming well, or something else.
I have the same problem, and it's not Firewall, I disabled it in both computers to be sure.
I played with a friend, each one in his house, but when I try to play with my wife in the same LAN, then it doesn't connect.
I should let you guys know that I play other games with my wife through steam without any problems, please don't say there is something wrong with my router or LAN, because every other games use it without any problems.
Please fix this issue.
Regards.
It seems like some kind of local networking issue, but more information would help. What kind of routers are you using? Can you guys tell me what other specific games you're able to play on Steam this way?

Can you connect with other people for co-op that are outside your house?
