Bought teams no longer availiable

Hello,
I love this game and have bought every single team almost as soon as they came out. However, a couple of days ago, when I logged out and back into my account in an attempt to try to fix a bug, all my teams except for the council and team fortress (which I bought on steam and connected it via iOS) are availiable. The games acts as if I haven't bought the other 3 teams. Is there a way to restore my purchases?
