Beta Problem

Last week I was emailed my beta key, (hooray) But when I went to enter the key, when I redeemed it, I got and error message saying "something went wrong". And now when I go to enter the key, it says that it has already been used, and its not in my downloads.
I also contacted Games for Windows LIVE, and they said to contact the people who support the game.
Please help.
