Robot Entertainment unveiled their latest creation today, the fantasy action-strategy game Orcs Must Die!™
A white-knuckle blend of action and strategy, Orcs Must Die! challenges players to defend fortresses under siege. With a wide variety of traps and weapons to choose from, Orcs Must Die! dares players to find the best ways to hack, launch, flatten, gibletize, and incinerate an endless army of filthy orcs and their vile allies. Orcs Must Die! features a vibrant look, addictive gameplay, and a blatant disregard for the welfare of orcs.
“Don’t negotiate with them. Don’t just maim them. You must kill the orcs,” insisted Patrick Hudson, CEO of Robot Entertainment. “Robot exists to make great games that our fans love. Orcs Must Die! is our first original title, and we're counting on players to do what must be done: drive the orcs into oblivion!”
Orcs Must Die! will be available exclusively as a digital download on personal computers and consoles this summer. Reminds me of Quake for the N64...
I was hoping with the mistake that is AoeO, they would have something better to offer :( I might give it a try but I'll have to see some other trailers and find more info on the game. Is it multiplayer? Do you do more than just kill orcs aimlessly or are their other accomplishments you aim for?

I agree as well with @johnnyphoenix. i want to see less comic book approaches to games. TF2 is the only good game that has a great art style, reflected by its sheer goofiness and tons of fun. Im less inclined to get this because of even viewing the aoeo trailers and seeing the art style of that is kind of disappointing, and now this: it shows that it will be quite some time until we get a "non-comic sans" type of game from robot. :( its just my opinion thats all.
