Let's get KRAKEN!!!!!

Hey everyone! Recently I was asked to contribute to the digital art magazine Imagine FX. I wrote up an article for their Clash of the Titans themed issue that hit stands recently. I did a workshop of how I created the piece and also did a video commentary that they included on a DVD. Luckily for me, I was asked to do the Kraken and I thought that it would be a perfect opportunity to use it for our Monster theme here on Robot's website.
I hope you guys dig it!

All I will say is that RE employs some very talented artists.
Love this artwork. I love Krakens and this definitely takes the cake. Looks like alot of work has been put into this piece, and it has definitely shown off. Excellent work.

I've two questions for you:

2)Will you be present at E3 2010?
Nicely done, it reminds me of the one represented in Zeus: Master of Olympus, the mission where it kept ruining your sea food and sea trade and you had to get Zeus to defeat it. That game had and still has some of the best representations of greek mythological creatures. Awesome graphic designs and actor voices too. I'm sure almost everybody played it, but if you haven't, go try it even if it's old. The city builders from Impressions Games were the best, and Zeus, my favorite. I replay them (Caesar 3, Pharaoh, Zeus, Emperor) once every 1 or 2 years; they are a lot of fun and truly fulfill your historian self.
p.s. I also hope you guys show up to E3 this year!

Hey I know Zeus: Master of Olympus and yes your absolutely right thats the first thing I thought of when I saw this kraken representation! He was an annoying bugger because no matter how far away i built my trade/fish he would come destroy it! Even sometimes buildings on the shore if I remember well. I play it in french, and its called le maitre de l'olympe: zeus :p
Very fun city builder indeed! I didnt know it was a popular/well known game though! lol Im a video game ignoramus!
It would be great to see some aspects of that game in the game robot is developing.
